Therapeutic Sessions
I offer a clear and transparent fee structure for individual psychotherapy. Each session is a dedicated space to explore your internal blueprints and work toward lasting change.
Individual Psychotherapy:
- £65 per 50-minute session
- £110 per 90-minute session
Sessions are held consistently, either weekly or fortnightly, to ensure momentum and provide a sturdy rhythm for our work together. Payment is typically made via bank transfer prior to the session.
Strengthening Your Clinical Practice
I offer clinical supervision in a supportive, collaborative space where you can think clearly about your work, your clients, and yourself as a practitioner.

I am happy to work with supervisees from various modalities, offering a structural framework grounded in Applied Psychology and Transactional Analysis to help you navigate complex case dynamics.
Online Therapy
I also offer online therapy via secure video for clients UK-wide, providing a flexible and accessible way to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own space. Many clients find that being in a familiar environment helps them feel more at ease, allowing the work to unfold at a pace that feels right for them.
Online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions, offering depth, connection, and continuity, while fitting more easily around busy lives or practical constraints. I pay close attention to creating a safe, containing space online, supporting you to feel grounded and present, even when we are not in the same room.
My Therapy Room
My practice is based at the Bow Street Centre in Guisborough, providing a quiet and professional setting for our sessions. The rooms are comfortable and designed to help you feel at ease. You will find plenty of free parking in the car park with disabled spaces also available. The building is wheelchair accessible.
